Late Arrivals:
Each appointment includes a 5-minute grace period. If you arrive even one minute past this window:

• Your appointment will be canceled,

• You will be automatically charged a $20 late fee.

Multiple Appointments in One Day:
If you are late to your first appointment but arrive in time for later appointments, the $20 late fee will still apply.

Partial Appointments:
If you arrive late but still within your appointment window, you may use the remaining time, but the $20 fee will still be charged, and your session will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for others.

No-Shows:
If you miss your appointment entirely without canceling or rescheduling, you will be charged a $20 no-show fee.

Cancellation Policy:
You must cancel or reschedule at least 1 hour before your appointment start time. If you cancel after this 1-hour window, a $20 late cancellation fee will be charged.
