Cancellation, late and No-show Policy
We understand the value of unlimited access, empowering you to tailor your sessions to suit your individual needs and schedule. This approach not only fosters consistency but also enables you to explore and engage with our services to achieve your desired outcomes fully.
We strive to ensure equal opportunities for all our clients to benefit from our services. While we empathize with the occasional need to reschedule, these cancellations often result in missed opportunities for others who could have utilized the reserved time slot.
If you need to cancel, reschedule, or are running late please contact us. A 5-minute grace period will occur if you are late, after 5 minutes there is no guarantee for a full appointment. For missed appointments or “no-shows” without prior notification, and canceling appointments after the 3-hour window, a $20 fee will automatically be charged to the card on file.
Please note that is policy applies to all appointments and cannot be waived.
reschedule Policy
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment time to another client. If you are running late or unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid being charged the $20 no-show fee.
