  • LED light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation, uses specific wavelengths (nm) of light to stimulate cellular activity, promoting overall healing of the skin and reducing inflammation.

  • You want as much skin exposure as possible, so nude is best. Lighter undergarments may be worn as well.

    We provide eye protection goggles. These MUST be worn throughout your 15-minute session. Our eye protection is specific to our bed and protects your eyes from wavelengths 190-10600nm. UV (tanning bed) goggles do NOT qualify. LED and UV are not the same.

    Due to the intensity of the colored wavelengths, damage to your eye can occur if you do not wear the eye protection we provide you.

  • Before your session:

    Remove Cosmetics & Accessories: Wearing jewelry and accessories can refract/ bend light. Remove makeup, and limit the use of lotions (especially ones with light-blocking agents).

    Contacts and Eyewear: Remove contact lenses and put on the eye protection we provide you.

    Drink a lot of water throughout the day. Hydration is vital to the success of treatments.

  • LED therapy is used to address various conditions, including acne, Eczema, Rosacea, wound healing, scarring, hair loss, sun damage, wrinkles, increase collagen and elastin production, inflammation, circulation and more!

  • Though sessions are based on your goals and current conditions, we recommend 2-3 times a week to get the full benefits of LED Light Therapy. Acute injuries often resolve in 2-4 treatments. Long-term and chronic conditions may need up to 10 sessions to show significant benefits. Once your goals are met, we recommend coming in 1-2 times a week for maintenance.
